1. General Services
As I Am Photography, operated by Joël Bourgoin, provides professional portrait photography and drone videography services. All rates and transactions are conducted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
2. Welcome Offer & Subscriptions
By joining "The Journal", subscribers may be eligible for a complimentary 30-minute discovery session.
- Offer is strictly limited to one (1) individual person.
- Includes one (1) high-resolution, professionally retouched digital portrait.
3. Travel & Logistics
Due to current fuel volatility and the specialized maintenance requirements of the professional 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Noir Edition, a travel fee of $0.80 per kilometer (round trip) will be applied for any location outside of the immediate service area on Vancouver Island.
4. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Joël Bourgoin remains the sole and exclusive owner of the copyright for all images and videos produced during the sessions.
Pursuant to the Canadian Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42).5. Client Usage License
The client is granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only. Any commercial use, resale, or distribution to third-party media is strictly prohibited without a separate written licensing agreement.
6. Drone Operations & Safety
All drone flights are subject to Transport Canada regulations, air traffic control authorizations, and weather safety. Joël Bourgoin reserves the right to cancel a flight if safety conditions are not met.
