As I Am Photography, operated by Joel Bourgoin, provides professional portrait photography and drone videography services. All rates and transactions are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
By joining "The Journal", subscribers may be eligible for a complimentary 30-minute discovery session.
A travel fee of $0.60 per kilometer (round trip) will be applied for any location outside of the immediate service area.
Joel Bourgoin remains the sole and exclusive owner of the copyright for all images and videos produced during the sessions.
Pursuant to the Canadian Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42).The client is granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only. Any commercial use or resale is prohibited without written agreement.
All drone flights are subject to Transport Canada regulations and weather safety.
