1. Return & Refund Policy

Portrait Sessions & Calendar Bookings

Every session is custom-allocated. Booking deposits required to secure dates for portrait or drone cinematography sessions on Vancouver Island are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule up to 72 hours prior to the session without forfeiting their deposit.

LNT Collections (Large-Format Prints)

Fine art landscapes from the Leave No Trace (LNT) Collections are printed custom on-demand. Consequently, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted for a change of mind.

Calendars & Merchandise

Standard physical goods (e.g., annual calendars) can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Deliveries

If an item is damaged during transit, please email photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours to info@asiamphotography.ca for a free replacement print.

• Service Modifications: Rates for photography services, print collections, and special packages (such as seasonal portrait specials) are subject to change without notice.

• Data Collection: We only collect essential information required to process your bookings, fulfill print shipping, or answer inquiries (such as your name, email, phone number, and address).
• Payment Security: We do not store financial or credit card data on our servers. All transactions are processed through encrypted, industry-standard secure payment gateways.
• Data Sharing: Your personal data is strictly confidential. It is never sold, traded, or shared with third parties, except as required to fulfill shipping orders (e.g., sharing addresses with Canada Post).
